Executive Action Learning Sets.
Action learning is a group problem solving technique in which an individual will elect to work on a challenge or issue with the coaching and support of the group. The process can be used to find new insights and solutions for any management or personal development issue. The set elects to meet a set number of times and agrees ground rules for working successfully together. Many executives have used Action Learning sets to effect positive change in their leadership behaviours and to improve the functioning of their organisations.
